How many hours per month do I need for online tutoring?
The typical online tutoring session can be about 30 minutes long. You can schedule weekly online tutoring packages. See our "Schedule an Online Session" page. If you have a learning/tutoring plan, you should adhere to the recommended weekly/monthly tutoring recommendations.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. You just fill out a registration form (one-time non-refundable $20 fee). Our registration form contains information that will help us determine how to serve you best. All 4 One Tutoring LLC uses a booking service. You book sessions when you want lessons, and you can stop lessons whenever you want to if you're not on a learning/tutoring plan. If you're on a learning/tutoring plan, from our diagnostic assessment, then it's best to stick to it to maximize your skills.
How long are sessions?
Each session can be booked 30 minutes or more (online tutoring). Our face-to-face sessions are hourly.
Where can I sign-up?
First, fill out a registration form at https://form.jotform.us/71254131084144. Then someone will contact you (at your preferred communication) for the next steps. Once we get all the information we need, we will match you with a tutor. No session will start until the fee has been paid. If you are scheduling or want to schedule a test session (online tutoring only), there is no charge.
What happens if I'm late for a session?
Our tutors are busy. You have 10 minutes to show for a scheduled session(online tutoring). After 10 minutes, we will cancel the session. Your lateness interferes with other sessions. There are no refunds for missed sessions, so try to be on time.
Can more than one person be tutored at the same time in a session?
It depends. If it's the same subject area and skill, then more than more person can share a session (group session), but the price will reflect multiple persons.
Do you offer face-to-face tutoring?
Yes. We offer face-to-face tutoring at designated local libraries. Please check our face-to-face tutoring page. Please contact us to schedule a face-to-face session or fill out a registration form https://form.jotform.us/71254131084144. Face-to-face sessions are $30 per hour for any subject and are booked on an hourly basis.
Do you offer discounts?

Also, clients who refer family members to us will receive a 10% discount on two additional paid sessions. For face-to-face tutoring sessions, we have a discount package for 3 hours or more weekly sessions.
What is your tutoring approach?
We deal with each client on an individual basis. Our approach depends on each client's needs and learning style (coaching). We communicate with the client (parent if the client is under 18) to assess strengths and areas of improvement. Our tutors fill-out a Tutor/Tutee Evaluation Form after every session. If a diagnostic assessment is conducted (based on client's request), we develop a learning/tutoring plan.
What is a diagnostic assessment?
A diagnostic assessment is used to measure strengths, weaknesses, knowledge, and skills. We use diagnostic assessments (by request) to develop a learning/tutoring plan.
What are the qualifications of your tutors?
Our tutors are seniors in college, college graduates, teachers, professors, or retired teachers. All of our tutors are hired based on subject expertise assessments and a successfully passed background check. We also provide training for tutors.
What other services do you offer?
We offer various services such as professional development/training, afterschool programming, STEM/STEAM program, curriculum and writing services.
